Location is key when organizing a trade fair. At the NBC, you can host your event near Utrecht at a venue that is easily accessible by public transport and car. You can organize an exhibition in one of our event areas or in our 3,000 m² hospitality area, which is equipped with natural light and large LED columns for branding. For smaller trade fairs, our breakout rooms are ideal. Some rooms can be combined to create one large exhibition floor. No matter the size of the exhibition, our experienced event managers will do everything to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. You can confidently leave it in our hands. Our spaces are fully equipped with amenities such as temperature regulation, state-of-the-art projection and technology, and the necessary audiovisual support. We can also assist with stand construction.

AV technology
Our spaces are, of course, equipped with the right AV technology. All rooms feature large LED screens and always have sound amplification. Additionally, we can arrange the room setup according to your preferences.

All rooms at NBC are equipped with an extensive presentation setup, which can display branding in addition to the presentation.
Exhibition floor
We offer various sustainable branding options, such as our 5-meter high LED columns or LED lighting. Everything can be customized to match your brand identity.

The trading floor can potentially be combined with one or more breakout rooms where, for example, break-out sessions can take place. All subspaces are, of course, equipped with a presentation setup, comfortable furniture, and natural light.
