In addition to providing the spaces, a dedicated team is available before, during, and after the conference to ensure its success. We offer you optimal support from A to Z. Our passionate team of event managers, service staff, technicians, and chefs have years of experience in organizing conferences. They do everything possible to ensure your conference runs smoothly.

AV technology
Our conference space is, of course, equipped with the right AV technology. All rooms are fitted with large LED screens, and sound amplification is always available. We can also arrange the room layout according to your preferences.
Conference rooms at the NBC
All conference rooms at the NBC are equipped with an extensive presentation setup, which allows for both the presentation and branding to be displayed.
Conference rooms at Green Village
Your conference can also take place at our other location, Green Village. The space there is equipped with four large LED screens where the presentation can be displayed.
Breakout rooms
Breakout rooms for your event
The plenary room is always combined with several breakout rooms that are suited to your number of guests. The smaller breakout rooms have a maximum capacity of up to 50 guests in a theater setup, while the larger ones can accommodate up to 100 guests. All breakout rooms are, of course, equipped with a presentation setup, comfortable furniture, and natural daylight.

Full-service concept
We are a full-service venue offering hospitality and location packages. This ensures that your guests are well taken care of and you won't encounter any surprises later. The hospitality package includes everything related to food, beverages, and hospitality, ensuring complete care from the moment you arrive until departure.
