Whether you want to share something important with your staff or boost team spirit, we are happy to help you organize a successful staff meeting. In addition to spaces of all shapes and sizes, we have the knowledge and experience to achieve your objectives. The NBC has 2 event areas, 22 different breakout rooms, and a large garden. All our spaces are fully equipped with an extensive presentation setup and various amenities. Our dedicated team is always ready to assist you in making your event a success.

AV technology
Our spaces are, of course, equipped with the right AV technology. From 3D projection decor to an extensive presentation setup in our breakout rooms. Additionally, all our spaces have sound amplification and come standard with a microphone.
Event Area 1
The plenary hall of Event Area 1 features an 81 m² projection decor that can display in high quality. The decor is framed with LED walls that can be shown in any desired color.
Event Area 2
The plenary hall of Event Area 2 boasts the largest projection decor in the Netherlands, measuring an impressive 45 meters wide. This decor is specially designed for stunning 3D projections.
Breakout rooms
Breakout rooms for your event
The plenary space is always combined with one or more breakout rooms that fit your number of guests. All breakout rooms are, of course, equipped with a presentation setup, comfortable furniture, climate control with CO2 regulation, and natural light.

We are a full-service venue offering hospitality and location packages. This ensures that your guests are well taken care of and you won't encounter any surprises later. The hospitality package includes everything related to food, beverages, and hospitality, ensuring complete care from the moment you arrive until departure.
