Organising a conference with a personal touch

Want to organise an all-inclusive conference for clients or business relations? The NBC Conference Centre helps organise business conferences for up to 5000 guests. In addition to our rooms, we have an entire team ready before, during and after the conference to assist you and make your conference a success.

We offer the best possible support from start to finish. Our enthusiastic team of event managers, waiting staff, technical staff and chefs have years of experience with organising conferences and will do anything in their power to help run your conference as smoothly as possible.

Organising a conference at a central location

Guests always appreciate it if a conference takes place in a central location. The NBC is easily accessible by public transport or car. Located in the heart of the Netherlands, a half hour drive from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and stone’s throw away from the main highways A2, A12 and A27. Furthermore, your guests can park in one of our 1200 free parking spaces.

Sustainability at NBC Conference Centre

At the NBC Conference Centre, we do whatever is in our power to make your conference as sustainable as possible. From solar panels to our no-waste-policy and from proactive waste management to compostable coffee cups. We work hard every day and take pride in maintaining corporate social responsibility (CSR). We have been official affiliates of CRS Netherlands (MVO Nederland) since 2016.
