In our family-owned company, we create unique event experiences with our dedicated and involved team and our full-service concept. We always aim to exceed expectations and organize successful events together. Where do we do this? In our completely renovated event venue! With new spaces, a completely different setup, state-of-the-art technology, and the largest projection decor in the Netherlands, we strive to make every event special.
All the space for your event
With 2 event areas, 22 rooms, and a large green garden, we have plenty of space for your event. You can host business gatherings with us for 40 to 3.000 guests.
Central and easily accessible
The tram from Utrecht Central Station stops right at our doorstep. We are also easily accessible by car from the A2, A12, and A27 highways. You can park for free in one of the 1.300 spaces around our location.
Full-service venue
We are a full-service venue offering hospitality and location packages. This ensures that your guests will lack nothing, and you won't encounter any surprises afterward.

Sustainability at the core
As a family business, we aim to make every event special by continuously innovating sustainably and investing in our people, location, technology, and services. Sustainability is therefore central at both of our locations. We believe that as an event venue, we must take the lead in an industry not typically known for its sustainable practices. The construction of our fully renovated NBC location has given us the opportunity to create a venue for the future. We also have the ambition to become the most sustainable venue in the Netherlands.
Sustainably built event venue
Our renovated location is very sustainable and future-proof. We have built it using circular construction methods, and the new section has received a GPR building certification of 8.0.
Follow the crowd climate system
With our unique Follow the Crowd climate system, we can save 70 percent of our energy needs. This system moves warm or cool air, eliminating the need for unnecessary air conditioning or heating.
Solar panels and gas-free
Our roofs are equipped with solar panels, and since 2019, we have been a gas-free location. This reduces our dependence on fossil fuels. Additionally, we store solar energy in our own battery, ensuring that no green energy is wasted.

To provide clients with insight into the sustainability of their events, we have developed a sustainability label. This label offers insights and identifies opportunities to make events even more sustainable.
