What a fantastic week we've had! The busy month of June couldn't have started better with so many beautiful events. Did you know that we hosted nearly 15,000 guests last week? With that number of guests, you could almost fill the FC Utrecht stadium! It was a successful week, and in this newsletter, we'd like to look back on some of the moments and events.
Gouden Giraffe Event Awards coming to NBC
On May 29, you have a unique opportunity. An afternoon filled with inspiration, the best examples, and knowledge from the top marketing and communication events in the Netherlands. NBC Congrescentrum will be the venue for the Gouden Giraffe Event Awards. In addition to unparalleled networking opportunities and the awards show itself, there will be "Learn from the Best" during the day, where you can attend dozens of live jury pitches.
Family business NBC celebrates reopening
Building an event venue from the ground up after a major fire and doing so in just a year and a half? It seems like an impossible task. However, not for a family business where drive is in the DNA. At the helm of this company is Justin van Hooijdonk. The entrepreneurial director-owner was already working with his team on new plans the day after the major fire in September 2022. The result is a super-sustainable and entirely new NBC Congress Center. On Friday, March 1st, NBC welcomed its first guests, and on March 8th, the festive opening took place.
