One of the most important elements of your event is the decor. It sets the mood, gives your event a unique look, and creates beautiful content that your guests will love to share with others. This can be done with flowers, colored runners, pillows with your logo, or light-up letters.

What about five-meter high LED columns displaying dynamic content? From static visuals to moving images, anything is possible. Pink flags and the Dutch Summer

Each week, we ask a different colleague about their favorite moment and biggest challenge of the week. This week, it’s account manager Inge’s turn. She is an account manager at NBC and had several clients organizing events with us this week. Her favorite moment was with Zorg van de Zaak.

“If I have to choose, it would be that event. They organized a Fit Festival for their employees with a wonderful theme: a positive work environment. They made optimal use of the venue, such as hosting a creative workshop in the garden and a singing workshop in the Hospitality Area. This created a fantastic atmosphere!”

“Additionally, they made optimal use of our branding options. The entire location was bathed in their pink house style color thanks to our LED strips, which can be adjusted to any desired color. They also had beautiful visuals on the LED columns and, of course, a matching 3D decor in the Event Hall. Finally, the decorations were pink as well, from pink runners to pink bunting.”

The Dutch weather last week presented the biggest challenge. “During the preparation for the elderly care conference, we had hoped for good weather so we could facilitate all catering and break moments in the garden. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit disappointing, so we had to move indoors. Fortunately, our Hospitality Area is directly adjacent to the garden, so we could quickly switch and set everything up inside.”
