Planning a business meeting involves a lot of details. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we dedicate significant time to preparation. We leave nothing to chance and discuss all details with you. On this page, you will find our approach divided into five steps.
Itroduction
Together, we have one goal: organizing the perfect event. You know best what the ideal event or conference looks like, so we always start with a personal introduction. During this meeting, you will receive a tour of the venue, and we will discuss your preferences. Of course, we are happy to advise you on the content and assist with decision-making if needed.
Quotation process
At NBC, every day and every event is unique. That’s why a standard quotation won’t suffice. You will always receive a customized quote from us. Once we receive the signed quotation, we will begin the preparation process. If you have any questions in the meantime, your dedicated project manager will be happy to answer them. Additionally, you are welcome to visit us as often as you like. You can even work on-site. You won’t get any closer to the action than this. 😉
Preparation process
Two months before the event date, you will receive a deposit invoice. Since good preparation is half the battle, we also conduct a detailed planning meeting during the preparation process. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and we know exactly what needs to be done to organize the perfect event. After the meeting, we will adjust the quotation for you if desired.
The day of the event
While you might wake up feeling a bit tense on the day of the event, our event manager, who will greet you, will be calm and composed. After all, we do this every day. The event manager will be your point of contact throughout the day. Together, we will review the program before the event starts, and you can rely on NBC's hospitality team throughout the entire day. After all, a successful event is a collaborative effort.
