With an atmospheric plenary space, a large projection decor, 12 breakout rooms, and a dedicated hospitality area, Event Area 1 can accommodate events for up to 900 plenary guests. Event Area 1 is a comprehensive event space exclusively set up for your gathering. From the technology to the furniture, and from the presentation setup to a dedicated hospitality team, everything is ready for you!

Whatever type of event you are organizing, we can make it possible in our Event Area 1. This area includes a plenary space with an 81 m² full HD projection decor, 12 breakout rooms, a hospitality area, and a private entrance. Our renovated plenary space in Event Area 1 is equipped with an 81 m² projection decor, displaying images in razor-sharp quality. The decor is framed by two organic decor walls, featuring pixel-controlled LED lighting that can be set to any desired color. This allows the entire Grand Hall to be immersed in your brand's style!
Breakout rooms with extensive presentation setup
12 breakout rooms for your conference
Event Area 1 is a comprehensive conference space that, in addition to a plenary hall, features 12 different breakout rooms. These rooms have a capacity of 50 to 100 guests but can also be combined if needed. All breakout rooms are equipped with an extensive presentation setup, climate control, comfortable furniture, and natural daylight.
